ROSES AND BUNDLES

If you are unhappy with your roses or bundle or your order is incomplete please contact support@lifeishermosa.com and we will do our best to fix the issue.

APPAREL AND ACCESSORIES

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email support@lifeishermosa.com. Please be sure to include your order number, items with the issue, and reason. Apparel/merchandise has a 15-day limit for returns and shipping cannot be refunded at this time. Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase and will be subtracted from any refund.

SHIPPING POLICY

We used Fedex for shipping. We only ship roses Monday-Thursday. We do not ship on Fridays or offer weekend deliveries.

Orders must be placed before 8 am PT to ship same day. Otherwise they ship on the next noted shipping day.
